Office Manager

Louise is the Office Manager and Personal Assistant at County Cost Consultants Limited, with over 13 years of dedicated service to the firm.

She plays a key role in supporting the Managing Director, Costs Lawyers, and fee earners, ensuring the smooth running of both legal and administrative functions. Louise is responsible for managing case processes, including issuing matters, preparing and filing court documents, and progressing cases through to assessment.

Alongside her legal support responsibilities, Louise oversees the day-to-day operations of the office and manages HR functions, helping to maintain an efficient and well-organised working environment.

Known for her reliability and attention to detail, Louise is an integral part of the team and contributes to the high standard of service delivered to clients.

Outside of work, Louise enjoys travelling, socialising, and spending time with her daughters.
