COVID-19: Message from our Managing Director
Posted Thursday 19th March 2020
As a valued client, I am writing to you, to provide an update on our business continuity procedures, during what is an unprecedented time. The outbreak of COVID-19 is affecting businesses across the globe, and we are no different.
Naturally, the safety and wellbeing of everyone connected to County Costs remains our priority. We will continue to follow the latest advice from the Government and the World Health Organisation while the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues.
I am confident that currently, we have a resilient team in place. All of our colleagues are fully enabled to work from home, where our data protection and secure processing policies remain in place. As such, we currently have a number of colleagues who are working from home, and some who remain in the office. Due to the reduced number of colleagues in the office, we can safely follow the hygiene and social distancing government guidelines.
Please rest assured, we are doing everything we can, to ensure that the service we provide will not be affected. We will of course keep you updated of any changes.
If you would like any further information please feel free to contact me, or one of the team.
On a personal note, take care of yourselves, and your loved ones.
Best Regards,
Alex Clapp
Managing Director
